Eight counties, one owner-run standard
The shop sits in Okeechobee and the routes run an 80-mile radius in every direction: across the lake country, down the Treasure Coast, up the Space Coast’s south end and west over the ridge. Every county below links to its own page, and every community links to local details. Not listed? Call 561-339-5729 anyway; edges get honest answers.
Okeechobee County
Home base. The shop sits in Okeechobee, so this county gets the fastest response in the coverage map, from town out to the fish camps and ranch land.
St. Lucie County
Port Saint Lucie and Fort Pierce anchor the east end of our routes. Coastal humidity and salt air work equipment hard here, and the service reflects that.
Martin County
From Stuart’s waterfront to Indiantown and the lake’s east rim at Port Mayaca, Martin County sits square in the middle of the coverage area.
Indian River County
Vero Beach and Sebastian homes deal with coastal conditions that age cooling equipment early. We run these routes regularly, from Fellsmere to the shore.
Palm Beach County
From the Glades communities on the lake’s south rim out to Jupiter and the northern coast, we cover the parts of Palm Beach County that big-city outfits treat as an afterthought.
Highlands County
Sebring, Avon Park and Lake Placid sit west across the lake country. Inland heat runs hotter than the coast, and cooling out here is not optional.
Osceola County
From Yeehaw Junction and the ranch land up through St. Cloud and Kissimmee, the northern routes cover Osceola’s long distances with honest scheduling.
Brevard County
Southern Brevard, from Micco and Barefoot Bay up through Palm Bay and Melbourne, rounds out the northeast corner of the service map.
Questions we hear about this
How coverage works across the map. If your question is not here, call 561-339-5729 for a direct answer, day or night.
How is the service area decided?
Roughly 80 miles from the shop in Okeechobee: far enough to cover the lake country, the Treasure Coast and the ridge, close enough that response times stay honest. The counties on this page are the everyday routes.
Is there a travel charge?
The price you hear before scheduling includes the whole job, drive and all. No mileage surprises on the invoice.
Do far-edge towns get slower emergency service?
Emergencies get triaged by urgency, not geography. A no-cool house or a walk-in full of product gets the next available truck no matter which county it is in, and you get a truthful arrival window on the phone.
Can you take on commercial routes across counties?
Yes. Property managers and multi-location businesses run portfolios across these counties with one number to call and documentation per site.
What if my town is not on the list?
Call anyway. The list covers the everyday routes, not the absolute limits, and if the honest answer is that you are too far, you will get that instead of a bad promise.

Find yourself on the map?
