Protect your comfort

We fix the heat problem and keep it fixed

Cooling is not optional here. When a system quits in July, you need somebody local who picks up the phone, tells you the truth about what it needs, and gets it running the same day when that is possible.

Every technician on the truck is certified, and every repair comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, we make it right.

AC Repair

Warm air, weak airflow, a unit that will not kick on. Brian often diagnoses the likely cause over the phone before the truck ever leaves the yard.

AC Maintenance

Florida runs AC systems hard eleven months a year. Seasonal tune-ups catch small problems while they are still small and keep energy bills where they belong.

AC Maintenance

Born and raised in Florida. Building comfort the right way from Okeechobee out.

Florida Native is exactly what the name says: a local company built by a Florida native who knows what this climate does to equipment, and what honest service is supposed to look like.

Complete HVAC air handler and duct installation in an attic

Brian spent years doing this work for somebody else’s company. He knew what his work was worth, went out on his own, and put his name behind every job. Four years in, most new customers come from the last customer.

Brian is very professional and honest. He sold me a less expensive option because it made more sense for my situation. I am a real estate professional and he is the best AC guy I have worked with.

Brian was helpful from start to finish. He gave us instructions on what to do before he even got there. When he arrived, he worked in the dark to get our AC running before we all went to sleep.

Brian and his team scheduled us on very short notice and gave us a fair quote in a timely manner. On the day of the appointment they were on time and finished the job efficiently, even with a crazy storm outside.

Questions we hear every week

If yours is not here, call 561-339-5729 and ask. You will get a direct answer either way, day or night.

How fast can you get to me?

We run out of Okeechobee and cover roughly an 80-mile radius, from the lake communities across to Port Saint Lucie, Stuart and the coast. The schedule is built around urgency: a house with no cooling in August gets treated like the emergency it is. We answer the phone around the clock, and when Brian can walk you through a safe check over the phone before the truck arrives, he will.

Should I repair my AC or replace it?

It depends on the age of the system, the refrigerant it runs, and what the repair actually costs against what a new system saves you monthly. We have told plenty of customers to keep their money and repair, and we have put that in writing. When replacement genuinely makes more sense, we will show you the math and let you decide. Nobody gets pushed into a changeout they do not need.

What brands do you work on?

All of them. We hold factory relationships with Rheem and Trane for new equipment, and we repair and maintain every major brand you will find in a Florida home: Carrier, Goodman, Lennox, Daikin, York and the rest. Parts availability in our area is strong for all of these, which keeps repair turnarounds short.

Do you handle commercial and refrigeration work?

Yes. Alongside residential heating and cooling we service commercial HVAC, walk-in coolers, specialized refrigeration and even wine cellar cooling units. Property management companies use us as their standing HVAC partner, and we keep their tenants and their timelines in mind on every call.

How often should an AC be serviced in Florida?

Twice a year is the honest answer for this climate. Systems here run nearly year-round, and the lake-country mix of heat, humidity and afternoon storms is hard on coils, capacitors and drain lines. A spring visit gets you ready for the brutal months, and a fall visit catches what summer did. Maintenance customers also get priority when the summer breakdown rush hits.

Do you install ductless mini-splits?

We install and service them constantly. Mini-splits are the right call for garages, additions, lanais, older houses without ductwork, and any room that never cools right. They are efficient, quiet, and give you room-by-room control. We will tell you honestly whether a mini-split or a ducted solution fits your space better.
