Why does my house feel damp even with the AC running?
Often an oversized AC that cools fast without running long enough to dehumidify, or a system aging out of its dehumidification ability. Sometimes the fix is settings, sometimes equipment. The diagnosis tells us which.
Do UV lights actually work?
At the coil, yes. The evaporator coil is dark, wet and warm, exactly what biological growth wants, and UV keeps it clean, which protects both air quality and system efficiency. As a magic whole-house purifier, no, and we will not sell it as one.
What filter should I use?
The best filter your blower can handle without choking. Ultra-restrictive filters on ordinary blowers hurt airflow and the system. Media cabinets often beat one-inch filters on both cleaning and airflow. It depends on your equipment, and we will match it.
Can better air quality help allergies?
